1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our services:
Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, city, and authentication credentials when you register via Email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
Spiritual & Recitation Data: Daily and total Durood recitation counts, Khatam contributions, Qaza prayer records, and Shukr journal entries.
Device & Notification Data: Device push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used solely to send prayer alerts, Azan reminders, and daily goal notifications.
Location Data (Optional): Your device location is used strictly locally on-device to calculate precise Qibla direction and prayer timings. Location data is never stored on our servers.
Microphone Permission (Optional): Used only during active Tajweed / recitation testing when initiated by you. Audio data is processed live and not permanently stored.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is processed strictly to deliver app functionality:
To manage your account, authenticate your login, and maintain sync across devices.
To display personalized leaderboards, achievements, and spiritual progression.
To send timely Azan, prayer, and daily Durood goal notification reminders.
To provide customer support and administrative updates.
Account Deletion & Complete Data Removal:
You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time by opening Settings → Delete Account. Deletion instantly and permanently purges your user profile, Durood counts, dedications, and saved history from our servers.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We integrate only trusted service providers for essential app functionality:
Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication and Cloud Messaging notifications.
Supabase: Secure cloud database and storage infrastructure.

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / SSL) to secure all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Your password is hash-encrypted and never stored in plain text.
5. Children's Privacy
DaliTask does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
